What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fully remote role where I can drive inbound and outbound telesales, improve conversion and retention, and strengthen customer satisfaction. I want to use CRM, sales reporting, and phone-based customer support to grow revenue with clear targets.

I’m a results-driven Telesales Specialist with over 9 years of experience in inbound and outbound sales, customer service, phone-based sales, and customer engagement within the telecommunications and technology sectors. I handle high-volume inbound enquiries, close sales over the phone, and improve customer satisfaction through conversion-focused interactions.

In my current role, I handle inbound and outbound telesales for SME and retail fiber internet products, resolving customer enquiries and maintaining sales pipeline updates and customer interaction records using CRM tools.
