Across my roles as a Customer Service & Support Officer, I attended to customer transactions and account-related issues, assisted customers through social media and phone conversations, and resolved problems to ensure customer satisfaction. I maintain clear communication, build positive customer relationships, and support customers with product and service information.

Earlier, as a Front Desk Officer, I welcomed visitors, answered phone calls, directed customers appropriately, and managed front desk operations while maintaining office records. I’m skilled in complaint resolution, active listening, problem solving, teamwork, and time management—backed by proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM tools like Zendesk and Hubspot.
