I’m looking for a full-time remote role with US/UK/SA clients where I can be the reliable admin and communication support—responding quickly, managing calendars and inboxes, handling records and event coordination, and working confidently across time zones.

I’m a resourceful Virtual Assistant supporting small businesses and community projects for 2+ years. I keep busy professionals organized by handling inboxes, scheduling, record-keeping, and client follow-ups from my home office, delivering work without reminders while protecting confidential information.

In my role as a Virtual Administrator, I’m the first responder for member queries via WhatsApp and email for a 120+ member network. I plan committee meetings (send invites, draft agendas, take minutes, and chase action items), maintain a Google Drive filing system, track expenses and attendance in Sheets, and lead logistics for community events with rosters, payment reconciliation, and weekly member updates and finance reports delivered on time for 24+ consecutive months.

Earlier, I worked as a Customer Support & Admin Assistant for a local retail business, managing customer inquiries and order processing via phone, WhatsApp, and email. I also handled daily stock counts, weekly cash-ups, kept supplier orders and receipts organized, and created simple Canva posters for WhatsApp marketing—so teams stay responsive, organized, and ready to grow.
