What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote Customer Support or Sales Support role where clear communication and reliable follow-through matter.

At UP Care Home, I handle patient and customer enquiries across phone, email, and WhatsApp, and explain healthcare services, insurance coverage, and costs in simple terms.

I work with HMO representatives to obtain authorisations and resolve coverage, tariff, and claims issues. I follow up on pending cases until they’re resolved, escalating complex issues to the right team.

Previously, I supported customers and managed appointments and records at Ryan Fashion Brand, Palmville Hospital, and Green Fall Hotel. I’m experienced with Zoho CRM, EMR systems, and HMO portals.
