I’m a motivated IT Support Engineer with nearly one year of experience in system administration, Windows support, networking, and ServiceNow incident management. I enjoy keeping systems running smoothly by troubleshooting issues and maintaining accurate technical records.
My work spans end-to-end IT support across systems, networks, and firewalls, including printer/desktop OS troubleshooting, network setup and maintenance, and monitoring firewall configurations for security. I also handle incident tracking and ticket management at a basic level in ServiceNow and work on company website issue diagnosis to ensure uptime.
I bring a strong technical foundation in Java, Python, and SQL, along with cloud fundamentals from AWS. I’m passionate about DevOps practices—automation, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure—and I’m eager to contribute to DevOps teams using my scripting and infrastructure support experience.
