What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver first- and second-level support, harden AWS and Kubernetes with IAM security, and drive Bash/Python automation and observability to improve uptime, cut manual effort, and scale releases.

I’m a dedicated IT support professional providing first-level technical support for Windows/macOS environments, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and managing office IT infrastructure including AV systems and network connectivity. I’m known for fast RCA, log analysis, and keeping incidents within SLA in a 24x7 support environment.

In my current role as a Support Engineer, I manage end-to-level support for 100+ users and resolve LAN/WAN and Wi‑Fi connectivity issues to ensure consistent business uptime. I monitor system performance using Linux tools like top, htop, iostat, netstat, and journalctl, while coordinating escalations for critical issues.

I focus heavily on cloud operations in AWS, including provisioning EC2 instances, managing S3 buckets, configuring RDS databases, and using AWS services such as IAM, ELB/Elastic Load Balancer, Auto Scaling, and AWS Lambda. I also automate routine tasks and health checks using Bash and Python scripting, including cron job scheduling.

I aim to strengthen infrastructure resilience through disaster recovery automation, IAM-based security governance, and observability frameworks (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana). I bring a proactive incident-response mindset, document SOPs and deployment procedures, and support Kubernetes pod troubleshooting, rollout management, scaling, and validation.
