At Q2 Software, I monitor and troubleshoot production servers and network infrastructure for US banks, credit unions, and fintech clients, supporting 24x7 uptime and rapid incident resolution.

I manage VMware vSphere, AWS infrastructure deployed with Terraform, F5 load balancing, Nginx routing, and network services including Cisco ASA, TrustGrid, and Infoblox. I use LogicMonitor, Splunk, PagerDuty, AppDynamics, Apica, and Grafana to identify and mitigate security and performance issues.

I own change requests and major incidents end to end, document remediation, and act as a primary liaison for US banking partners. I work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams on complex operational projects.

Previously, I supported Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows and Linux servers, firewalls, virtualization, storage, switching, backups, patching, and enterprise network deployments for clients including Syndicate Bank, NABARD Financial Services, Felsomat India, and Canara Bank.
