I am an IT Infrastructure and Technology Operations professional with 17+ years of experience supporting enterprise production environments. My core expertise includes Linux/RHEL administration, IBM MQ, infrastructure operations, vulnerability remediation, incident management, troubleshooting, automation, and security hardening.

Throughout my career, I have worked on business-critical infrastructure where stability, security, availability, and fast problem resolution are essential. I have extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting complex Linux and middleware issues, supporting production environments, implementing security and vulnerability fixes, and collaborating with application, middleware, security, and engineering teams.

One of my key strengths is vulnerability remediation. I have worked extensively on identifying, analyzing, and resolving Linux OS security violations, including permissions, configuration, authentication, SSH, service, and hardening-related issues. I have also contributed to large-scale remediation activities and developed practical approaches to identify root causes and implement sustainable fixes rather than simply closing individual findings.

I also have strong IBM MQ experience, including queue manager operations, MQ client/server troubleshooting, message and queue issues, DLQ-related problems, connectivity failures, and production support. My experience in enterprise infrastructure has helped me develop strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle high-priority production incidents under pressure.

Automation and continuous improvement are areas I am particularly interested in. I have experience with scripting and automation for repetitive infrastructure and remediation activities, and I am currently strengthening my skills in Terraform, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Jenkins, and modern DevOps practices.

My career interest is to move further toward Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, and Cloud Operations roles where I can combine my extensive enterprise infrastructure background with modern cloud and automation technologies. I am especially interested in remote-first companies that value ownership, technical problem solving, automation, continuous learning, and strong engineering practices.

I enjoy solving difficult technical problems, learning new technologies, improving operational processes, and finding ways to automate repetitive work. I am comfortable working independently in remote environments while also collaborating with globally distributed teams.
