I’m a Customer Service Executive who manages customer communications end-to-end—responding to product and service inquiries, coordinating order processing and delivery updates, and resolving concerns to protect customer satisfaction. I collaborate with sales, logistics, and operations within the import-export sector, keeping customer records accurate and supporting smooth day-to-day service delivery.

Alongside my customer care experience, I’ve supported local and international clients by coordinating requests in fast-paced environments, strengthening my organizational and problem-solving approach. With a BSc in International Relations and training in diplomacy and world affairs, plus leadership through Model United Nations and community service roles, I bring structured communication, stakeholder engagement, and event support skills.
