I’m seeking a growth-focused role in hospitality where I can apply end-to-end F&B and banquet coordination, event management, and client relations—driving service excellence through strong administration, problem-solving, and team collaboration.

I’m a dedicated hospitality professional with a proven track record in F&B coordination, banquet operations, and event management. I combine strong analytical thinking with creative resourcefulness to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences, even under pressure.

In my current Food & Beverage Coordinator role, I coordinate daily F&B operations across multiple outlets and banquets to ensure seamless service. I manage reservations for high-demand events (including Christmas and New Year’s Eve), prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and group bookings, and plan events end-to-end—from staff allocation and banquet setups to documentation and post-event review. I also handle guest feedback and special requests, serving as a key liaison between management and operational teams to align activities with service goals.

Earlier in my journey at the same hotel, I progressed through Banquet Coordinator and trainee roles, strengthening my operational execution, guest-facing readiness, and team support. Beyond hospitality, I’ve led online marketing promotions and customer query resolution, operated the Daraz seller platform and MS Office suite for e-commerce management, handled full-cycle bookkeeping and bank reconciliations as a freelance accountant, and processed airline/hotel reservations through GDS while coordinating group and SIC tour arrangements. I’m pursuing a growth-focused role where my hospitality, administration, and client relations strengths drive organizational excellence.
