I’m looking for a fast-paced, global team where I can support leadership and customers across time zones, own calendar/workflow coordination, and improve processes—using Google Workspace and Zoho—to deliver efficient, high-quality service.

I’m a detail-oriented operations and customer support professional with experience supporting executive leadership in global, remote environments. I serve as a primary point of contact for local and international stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and reliable follow-through across time zones.

I manage calendars, meetings, and multi-time-zone coordination while overseeing workflows and documentation using Google Workspace and Zoho platforms. I also support onboarding and internal operations, prepare structured presentations and reports, and continuously identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and organization.
