What I'm looking for

I am interested in taking on an opportunity that intersects talent and business performance. I’m adept at working in large, matrix organizations and have demonstrated success in turnaround roles as well. I am currently employed remotely, but am open to working hybrid.

As part of the Talent Management Center of Excellence at Becton, Dickinson and Company, I’ve led key initiatives that strengthen senior supply chain succession planning, directed strategic workforce planning, and guided the implementation and rollout strategy for AI enabled feedback in Workday, which enables better quality feedback, faster.

I built a tiered coaching model, identified 31% cost savings through an RFP, and eliminated 75% of steps in the coach-procurement process. Previously, I increased global ERG membership 47% to 6,600 employees across 54 countries and improved ERG NPS by more than seven points.

Across Merck and Organon, I supported spin-offs, workforce restructuring, talent pipelines, engagement, and global HR operations. I delivered $3M in savings, helped restructure workforces across 40 countries, and partnered with senior executives supporting global organizations.
