I’m an organized, detail-oriented administrative professional with 12+ years supporting fast-paced medical offices and surgical teams. I combine calm, confident patient communication with efficient scheduling and strong record management to keep operations running smoothly.

In my current role as a Patient Care Coordinator / Administrative Support Specialist, I manage scheduling for consultations, procedures, and follow-ups. I coordinate communication between patients, providers, and surgical centers, handle high volumes of phone calls and emails, and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.

I also prepare surgical quotes, process paperwork, and maintain organized patient records and EMR documentation. I support daily office operations through multitasking and prioritization, and I assist with onboarding information, treatment planning, and post-procedure instructions.

Earlier, I supported busy dermatology and ENT practices as a Medical Assistant / Administrative Support and an Appointment Scheduler / Administrative Assistant. I scheduled and confirmed appointments, managed provider calendars, answered multi-line phone systems, and maintained accurate medical records—earning recognition for professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail.
