I've conducted HR research on employee workload and burnout, developing questionnaires, analyzing primary data, and turning findings into practical recommendations.

Through my Human Resource Management studies at the Open University of Sri Lanka, I'm building knowledge of employee management, organizational practices, workplace dynamics, research, and report writing.

I've also analyzed management processes, HR functions, and organizational structures through case-study work, presenting clear evaluations and conclusions. I bring strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
