I am a senior claims and repair quality consultant who inspects complex estimates, conducts root cause analysis, and enforces OEM-compliant repairs across repair networks. I use tools like SAP, Mitchell, All-Data and CCC to audit BOMs, labor estimates and vendor pricing to drive accurate, timely repairs.
