What I'm looking for

I am seeking a progressive, team-focused role where I can apply customer-service, operational and leadership skills, take on responsibility, and grow into supervisory or operations positions.

I am a confident, self-motivated and ambitious professional with a BSc Hons in Sports and Exercise Science and over five years' customer service experience. I have worked in retail, removals and warehouse roles where I led and supported small teams, met tight deadlines, and maintained high standards of quality and safety.

I deliver strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills and am proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. I hold FA Level 1 Coaching and a Sports Leadership Award and am seeking a progressive role where I can apply operational and customer-facing strengths and grow into supervisory responsibilities.
