My work combines platform configuration, scripting, integrations, and workflow automation to support enterprise operations and regulatory goals.
At Ahead, I build secure integrations with Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub, OAuth 2.0, BeyondTrust, Restorepoint, and ONEIO, while creating Service Portal experiences and reusable Flow Designer frameworks. I also configure Now Assist, Incident, Request, and Case management to improve agent productivity, self-service adoption, ticket routing, and cross-platform synchronization.
