What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build audit-ready ServiceNow workflows for healthcare and enterprise operations—automating case management, integrations, and CMDB/ITSM processes with secure, maintainable scoped applications and clear stakeholder demo-ready outcomes.

I build and customize ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, HRSD, and ITOM integrations, working across implementations, enhancements, and support projects for clients in healthcare, finance, and IT services.

At CBRE (Algoleap) I’ve delivered end-to-end HR Case Management with COE-specific workflows, Lifecycle Events (onboarding/offboarding), and an Employee Service Center portal using Virtual Agent. I also automate onboarding into CMDB via scheduled REST integrations and streamline alert-to-incident using Flow Designer and rules.
