What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Talent Acquisition or People Operations role where I can own end-to-end recruiting, strengthen HR processes and compliance, and improve candidate and employee experience through efficient, well-documented systems.

I’m a proactive, people-driven Talent Acquisition and Human Resources professional with experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations in regulated environments. I support managers and employees with performance, compliance, and process improvements while building strong talent pipelines and improving candidate experience.

In my roles, I’ve owned end-to-end recruitment for graduate, professional hire, and operational Psychology roles, and served as a point of contact for employee and candidate queries. I coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle administration, maintain HRIS and workforce data, generate reports for hiring and attrition tracking, and support employee relations and performance check-ins—always aligned to employment standards and data protection.

I also strengthen selection consistency through structured interview guides and assessments, including psychometric tools (Thomas Assessments) and other screening methods. From regulated Financial Services Provider hiring, to compliance checks and onboarding support—including recruitment drives and social media-based candidate attraction—I aim to bring efficiency, clarity, and a personable touch to every people process.
