What I'm looking for
I’m a proactive, people-driven Talent Acquisition and Human Resources professional with experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations in regulated environments. I support managers and employees with performance, compliance, and process improvements while building strong talent pipelines and improving candidate experience.
In my roles, I’ve owned end-to-end recruitment for graduate, professional hire, and operational Psychology roles, and served as a point of contact for employee and candidate queries. I coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle administration, maintain HRIS and workforce data, generate reports for hiring and attrition tracking, and support employee relations and performance check-ins—always aligned to employment standards and data protection.

From regulated Financial Services Provider hiring, to compliance checks and onboarding support—including recruitment drives and social media-based candidate attraction—I aim to bring efficiency, clarity, and a personable touch to every people process.
