At WebAfrica, I manage end-to-end recruitment for client-facing teams, from sourcing through onboarding. I partner with hiring managers to define requirements, coordinate induction and probation processes, and report talent acquisition insights to management.

Previously at Vodacom, I led high-volume, full-cycle recruitment across Business, Financial Services, and Big Data teams. I designed and implemented a candidate experience strategy, collected candidate feedback, supported a career-site redesign, and presented metrics including time-to-hire and source effectiveness.

At SAPRO, I led candidate experience and engagement strategy and managed global recruitment for assurance and accounting roles across Africa, India, and the US. I also launched alumni and retention programmes, coordinated onboarding and exit processes, and produced candidate and retention reports for leadership.

My experience also includes executive and Financial Advisory recruitment at Deloitte, where I supported screening, interviews, compliance, ATS administration, candidate communications, and recruitment reporting. I bring over six years of experience across professional services and telecommunications.
