What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Human Capital role where I can lead compliant, end-to-end talent acquisition, partner with stakeholders on workforce needs, and strengthen recruitment operations, candidate experience, and HR processes.

I'm currently managing talent acquisition at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, filling vacancies, supporting onboarding, workforce planning, governance, policy implementation, and legislative compliance.

Across CPUT and the University of the Free State, I've led full-cycle recruitment administration, sourcing, screening, interviews, verifications, employment equity reporting, and stakeholder support. I bring more than eight years of Human Capital experience backed by Industrial Psychology and Psychology honours degrees.
