Currently, I serve as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Okta, where I manage a portfolio of over 10 Enterprise clients. My role involves acting as a high-value resource for customer stakeholders, driving consumption and adoption of Okta’s products, and identifying growth opportunities while mitigating churn risk. My previous experience includes managing a high-value portfolio of 70+ SMB/MM customers at Deel, where I built long-term relationships and provided data-driven recommendations to enhance customer success.
