I'm seeking my next professional opportunity where I can apply my customer service, hospitality, leadership, training, and operational experience while embracing new challenges and hard work.

I've supported high-volume hospitality operations at The Asbury Hotel and Asbury Lanes, maintaining six food-and-beverage outlets while training staff, managing inventory, creating activation menus, and resolving guest concerns.

At Starbucks, I led teams through morning peaks of 50 to 80 customers per hour, coached baristas, assigned floor positions, maintained inventory, and upheld food and beverage safety standards. I also bring hands-on barista, server, barback, and food service experience.

My background also includes optometry and laboratory settings, including patient intake and ocular testing, contact lens coordination, and biomedical sample management. I'm comfortable troubleshooting, multitasking, training others, and keeping operations organized in demanding environments.
