What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead operations and improve guest and team experiences, while growing into data-driven work. I want to use my customer-facing leadership and build analytics skills with SQL/Tableau to support better decisions.

I’m an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in front desk operations, customer service, and multi-department coordination in fast-paced environments. I lead shifts and teams while keeping daily workflows accurate and efficient through detailed record keeping, scheduling, and administrative support.

I’m also building toward data-focused work through Google Coursera data analysis certifications, strengthening skills in data visualization, data processing, relational database concepts, and SQL. I combine my operational mindset with structured, data-driven thinking to support better decisions and consistently high standards.
