What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hospitality leadership role where I can manage teams, drive revenue and guest satisfaction, and strengthen day-to-day operations—using my training, compliance focus, and restaurant systems expertise.

I’m an experienced Restaurant Manager focused on delivering memorable guest experiences while keeping operations running smoothly. I adapt quickly, organize effectively, and lead by example to support both teams and customers.

In my current role as Café Lead at American Girl Cafe, I supported the Restaurant Leadership Team with staffing, hiring, coaching/training, purchasing/vendor relations, inventories, and maintaining food and beverage service standards. I also help drive department revenue and expense goals and ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of service issues.

I’m hands-on with day-to-day execution: I oversee special requests and special dietary needs, and I perform key tasks in the absence of the Restaurant Leadership Team. I also troubleshoot operational issues across restaurant and kitchen equipment and restaurant systems including the Zomato Reservation system, POS, and InfoGenesis software.

Previously, as a Certified Restaurant Supervisor at Red Lobster, I focused on driving sales and guest satisfaction while creating a FUN, safe environment for team development. I managed performance evaluations, training, and coaching, ensured compliance with employment policies, practiced safe food handling, and handled guest complaints professionally and promptly.
