Prior to my current position, I gained valuable experience as a sales associate at Niagara Clifton Group, where I honed my ability to connect with customers and find the right packages for their needs. My journey began as an instructor at Niagara Freefall and Interactive Center, where I trained individuals before their flights, ensuring they received the proper safety instructions and support. This role taught me the importance of clear communication and customer service.
