At ChirosConnect, I run full-desk recruiting for client clinics, sourcing, screening, and endorsing associate chiropractors. I also build specialized talent pipelines and handle targeted outreach to chiropractic colleges and technique instructors.

I built the firm’s client audit and reporting system to track applicant flow, contract timelines, campaign performance, and client communication compliance. I also write and refresh job ads, create Canva graphics, and produce Instagram Reels.

At CloudArc, I source IT candidates through LinkedIn and other job platforms, while supporting inboxes, research, and CRM records. At Found Legal, I supported recruitment and administration, maintained candidate records in HubSpot, and compiled verified prospect data for outreach.
