At Grupo JCA, I implement, configure, and validate events and parameters with Google Analytics 4 and client-side and server-side Google Tag Manager. I create measurement plans, DataLayer specifications, and technical event documentation to track digital interactions and user journeys.
I also perform tracking QA and approval, audit implementations, reconcile metrics across data sources, and build performance dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI. I work closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, and Performance teams to turn reliable digital data into actionable insights.
