As a detail-oriented data analyst, I have a strong background in business intelligence, with experience in data cleansing, restructuring, and organization projects. I excel in creating dashboards and reports that drive business decisions, and I'm proficient in a range of tools including Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio.

In my current role at Mutant, I'm responsible for analyzing customer service data to identify pain points and propose solutions. Previously, I worked as a Business Analyst at Zenvia, where I led data projects and contributed to the training of new employees.
