I seek roles combining customer success, sales or product support with data-driven performance metrics, growth opportunities, and collaborative agile teams.

I hold a degree in Business Administration with a postgraduate specialization in Marketing. My professional background includes experience as an Administrative Assistant, as well as in sales, customer success, and digital performance metrics. This combination has given me a strong foundation in organization, communication, client-focused work, and data-driven decision-making.

During the pandemic, I transitioned into the technology field and completed two intensive programs: a one-year Full Stack Web Development course and a three-month Java Acceleration program. This training strengthened my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with data and performance indicators.

I applied these skills professionally for one year in software development.
