What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can support leadership, coordinate client and project workflows, and keep distributed teams organized from onboarding through delivery and invoicing.

At Creative Solutions Inc., I support the CEO and daily operations of a 10-person virtual digital marketing agency. I’ve onboarded 300 client projects, moving each from signed contract through freelancer assignment, Statements of Work, and invoicing.

I also run Sugar C Media, coordinating video production projects from client intake through final delivery while managing scheduling, timelines, invoicing, and client expectations.
