What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer support role where I can handle chat, messaging, and inbound customer inquiries, resolve billing and account issues accurately, and contribute through strong documentation, payment processing, and high-volume CRM work.

I'm currently supporting E-ZPass account holders remotely, resolving toll charges, billing disputes, violations, account updates, payments, and adjustments while documenting each outcome in CRM systems.

Previously at AAA Northeast, I handled urgent member service requests with calm, solution-focused communication. I performed geographic location spotting, detailed data entry, and payment processing while navigating multiple systems and meeting compliance standards.

At Charter Communications/Spectrum, I managed high-volume billing, service, and technical inquiries and documented customer interactions in Zendesk and Gateway CRM.
