What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a part-time, remote role in customer service, guest relations or multilingual support (IT/EN/ES/FR/CN). I currently manage a vacation rental independently, handling guest communication and issue resolution daily, after ~15 years in international brand roles across Italy and China. I want something reliable, not a step up the career ladder.

I'm a multilingual professional based in Fuerteventura, Spain, with a strong background in international customer relations and hospitality support.
I currently manage a vacation rental property independently, handling daily communication with guests from different countries, resolving issues in real time, and coordinating bookings and local suppliers. This work that has sharpened my ability to stay calm, clear, and solution-focused under pressure across different languages and cultures.

Before this, I spent close to 15 years in international brand and trade marketing roles (including at Kering Eyewear and Safilo) across Italy and China, which gave me deep experience communicating with clients, partners, and teams in multicultural, fast-paced environments.

I speak Italian (native), English (IELTS certified), Spanish, French (DALF C1 certified), and Mandarin Chinese (HSK certified), a language combination that's rare to find together, and one I'd love to put to use in a remote customer support or client-facing role.

I'm looking for a part-time, remote position with a manageable weekly time commitment, ideally in customer service, guest relations, or multilingual client support, where reliability, clear communication, and problem-solving matter more than climbing a career ladder.
