Partnerships & growth leader building revenue-driving alliances across arts and tech.
What I'm looking for
I’m a partnerships and growth leader with 6+ years of international experience building growth systems, commercial partnerships, and revenue-generating programmes across culture, technology, and startup environments. I create structure and pipeline where none exists—designing partnership frameworks, negotiating agreements, and scaling initiatives into new markets fast.
Most recently, I built SiGMA World’s international art partnerships function from zero in six months (based in Malta). I designed the operating model, partner agreements, and deal pipeline, which is now active across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Personally, I sourced, negotiated, and closed partnerships with artists, sponsors, and collectors—generating measurable sponsorship and auction revenue within the first two quarters.
Previously, as Partnerships & Sales Manager and Fundraising & Sponsorship Pipeline & CRM Management (Cultural Affairs, Lisbon, Jan 2025 – Jan 2026), I owned commercial partnerships and the sales pipeline across 4 art brands. I managed relationships from first contact through to closed sale, and drove collector acquisition across multiple gallery spaces. I also shaped exhibition strategy and commercial positioning in partnership with brand leadership.
Earlier, I served as Creative & Brand Strategy Lead (BigWiki, Phuket, Thailand, Oct 2023 – Jun 2024), where I directed brand and content strategy inside a fast-moving, AI-driven product environment. I translated product roadmap into commercial creative direction and led/mentored a multidisciplinary creative team to align output with growth and brand objectives.
