What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue coordinating freight operations and customer accounts in a fast-paced logistics environment where I can use shipment visibility tools, solve operational issues, and support U.S.-based customers.

At Lean Solutions Group, I manage high-volume transportation operations and shipment tracking for more than 50 customer accounts in the U.S. logistics market.

I build and manage transportation tenders, schedule warehouse and delivery appointments, and resolve delays, tracking discrepancies, detention situations, and operational escalations. I work daily with U.S.-based customers in English through calls, email, and Microsoft Teams.

I use McLeod TMS, Aljex TMS, Macropoint, and TruckerTools to maintain shipment visibility, operational accuracy, and responsive freight coordination.
