I’m a logistics specialist with over three years of experience in transportation operations, including dispatching, shipment coordination, and track & trace. I focus on keeping freight moving smoothly—from pickup through final delivery—while ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

In my transportation roles, I created and scheduled loads in TMS, accurately entering technical details, rates, and financial information. I maintained constant communication with drivers, carriers, warehouses, and customers to resolve operational issues before they became delays.

I also supported service exception management to minimize delays, claims, and operational costs, including OSD (Over, Short, and Damaged) handling and shipment documentation. I’m proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
