What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue growing in freight brokerage, pricing, account management, and logistics operations, where I can build carrier and client relationships, improve processes, mentor teams, and drive revenue.

At Lean Solutions Group, I negotiate freight loads, prepare competitive bids, and manage customer accounts and carrier networks. In March 2024, I generated more than $54,000 in freight-bidding revenue in a single month.

I oversee order entry, shipment tracking, issue resolution, rate proposals, service agreements, and accessorial charges while coordinating with operations, transportation, and finance teams. I use DOT, Cargo Chief, Truckstop, LoadSmart, and Microsoft Office to manage pricing, dispatch, and reporting workflows.

I’ve grown from a Logistics Coordinator and Support Associate into a Pricing Account Manager, helping expand a department from 3 to 15 associates. I supervise, mentor, and train support teams while building long-term client and carrier relationships.

As a bilingual English/Spanish logistics professional, I bring experience resolving escalations, coordinating appointments, handling OSD documentation, and keeping shipments moving on time.
