I’m a logistics tracking specialist focused on FTL, Drayage, and Cold Chain operations, with a strong track record in real-time freight tracking and transit issue resolution. I coordinate with carriers and brokers to keep shipments moving and customers informed.

In my current role, I run end-to-end tracking for Cold Chain FTL/Drayage loads, managing 100% POD compliance and EOM tracking. I provide dispatch updates every two hours, handle carrier coordination, and support dispatch & appointment scheduling, including weekend “broker on call” coverage.

Before specializing in tracking, I built customer-facing experience as a Sales Agent and Bilingual Agent, strengthening my ability to negotiate, manage inquiries, and stay calm under pressure. I bring that same proactive communication and operational control mindset to every load I support.
