Bilingual logistics coordinator (English/Spanish) with 4+ years of experience supporting U.S. clients remotely. I track shipments through carrier portals, TMS, calls, and email; coordinate daily with carriers on ETAs, delays, and detention information; schedule and reschedule deliveries for customers such as Sysco and Uber Freight; manage proof-of-delivery (POD) documentation; and keep orders and statuses accurate in SAP and TOPS.
In my previous account I tracked 70-80 shipments per day, and today I handle around 30 appointment resets and 20-25 customer follow-ups daily. I am organized, detail-oriented, quick to respond, and the go-to person on my team for questions; I have trained 4-5 new team members.
