At Bralco Metals, I assisted employees with basic computer troubleshooting and collaborated with the IT department to coordinate desktop replacement with VDI stations and VoIP phones. I also worked with HR and Identity Management to streamline onboarding and offboarding through a web form, reducing the lead time to a maximum of three business days.
I implemented a document scanning system to make internal and customer records digitally searchable, and replaced physical fax machines with a fax-to-email alternative. I'm CompTIA A+ certified and have built home projects using Windows Server, Windows 11 clients, VMware, and Active Directory Domain Services.
