I am an Application Support Specialist with a B.S. in Information Technology and ITIL4 Foundation certification, focused on maintaining application availability and improving user experience. I bring strong technical troubleshooting and incident-management skills, with hands-on experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

In my current role I proactively monitor critical business applications, provide Tier 1 support via phone and email, and document incidents to build comprehensive knowledge bases. I apply ITIL4 principles to diagnose, escalate, and resolve application issues while managing user access and data integrity tasks.

I combine technical aptitude in basic SQL, database management, application monitoring, and desktop troubleshooting with strong customer-service, communication, and prioritization skills to drive efficient support and measurable improvements in service delivery.
