As an IT professional with over 8 years of experience in providing exceptional technical support and solving complex issues across a variety of environments, I thrive on delivering high-quality, efficient IT solutions that empower users and drive business success. My career has allowed me to hone my expertise in Service Desk Management, IT Support, and System Administration, all while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

I specialize in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, with hands-on experience in tools such as JIRA, NewRelic, Active Directory, and Office 365. Whether providing remote assistance or deskside support, I take pride in my ability to quickly diagnose problems and implement solutions that ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity for end-users.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a wide range of industries and IT environments—from managing user accounts and system configurations at Carparts to supporting over 4,000 employees at the Asian Development Bank. I’ve led projects related to software installation, IT infrastructure management, network monitoring, and end-user training, while always adhering to SLAs and ITIL principles.

I’m passionate about IT because it allows me to solve real-world problems and help others succeed.
