At VIFC – Fintech Hub, part of Galaxy Holdings and Sovico Group, I run execution-ready operations across budgets, executive reporting, OKR tracking, vendor coordination, and internal documentation.

I organize international delegation visits and partner engagements with organizations including the UK and Canadian Consulates, Singapore MFA, Finland, Plug and Play, Kepple Land, and Hong Kong MTR. I manage everything from guest segmentation and agendas to on-site logistics and follow-up.

Previously, at HPC Trading & Services, I managed Vietnamese–German stakeholder relationships for a 30-trainee cross-border vocational program. I also led market analysis, procurement, contracts, logistics, KPI reporting, and account tracking across compliance, certification, interview, and contract stages.

I bring an Information Technology foundation to operations work, using SQL, Python, REST APIs, n8n, BPMN, and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve processes, including document automation for contracts, payment notices, and compliance reports.
