I’m looking for a CEO Office / Chief-of-Staff role where I can bring founder-level ownership and execution discipline—turning priorities into owners, deadlines, and OKRs while driving Vietnam market expansion, partnerships, hiring, and executive-ready decision updates.

I’m a strategy and business operations leader with 14+ years across software, AI-enabled operations, financial services, IT business development, and international corporate administration. I’m a founder who turns unclear priorities into cross-functional execution—setting owners, deadlines, and OKRs, then tracking decisions, blockers, and what matters.

As a Founder / Strategic Advisor, I build and scale technology and HR-services ecosystems by converting business workflows into operating models and product requirements. I design human-supervised AI-agent systems for repetitive operational work, while keeping decision control with people, and I run execution across product, technology, operations, and country partners.

I also bring operator-level discipline from leading a Japanese IT startup branch end-to-end, improving performance through KPI tracking, escalation, reporting to HQ, and team coordination. Now I’m transitioning from day-to-day operations to a CEO-office strategy-and-execution role, focused on Vietnam market expansion, hiring and partnerships, and executive-ready updates.
