I've improved People Operations at Procter & Gamble's Mariscala Plant by building three Power Automate workflows and analyzing more than 3,000 operational records in Power BI. My work digitized processes, reduced manual follow-up, strengthened approval traceability, and translated cost-center findings into reporting for decision-makers.

I coordinated plant-level implementation of the TWFM standard across HR, Operations, Finance, and plant leadership, tracking KPIs, actions, documentation, and deliverables. I also standardized internal request and transportation processes through guidelines, templates, control points, and follow-up mechanisms.

At Simon Fraser University through MITACS Globalink, I owned a protocol-driven research workstream, organized data, reviewed scientific literature, and designed and validated a recombinant DNA construct in Benchling. Previously, I created four SOP-style technical manuals and coordinated more than 200 materials and 20 reagents across 15 laboratory practices at Tecnológico de Monterrey.

I've also led a 50-student Biotechnology Engineering team through 26 initiatives and contributed to an enzyme-immobilization optimization project that reached the Expo Ingenierías final. I bring scientific rigor, structured documentation, systems thinking, and practical automation to fast-moving operational work.
