At NESTLÉ MÉXICO, I coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and other business functions. I monitor priorities, risks and milestones, and prepare KPI reports and dashboards to support sourcing and logistics planning.
I’ve also supported process improvement by standardizing tracking tools and working routines, and contributed to business continuity and supplier risk-management initiatives through data consolidation and progress reporting. At WIPRO TECHNOLOGIES, I maintained customer, supplier and product master data; earlier, at BIO EMPAQUES MEXICANOS, I supervised production workflows and monitored raw-material inventory.
