What I'm looking for

I seek senior roles leading product strategy or commercial growth in start-up or established organisations that prioritise responsible AI, sustainability, and cross-agency impact.

I'm a commercial and revenue leader with 15+ years scaling SaaS, AI and technology businesses across the UK, Europe and international markets, with deep experience in both B2B and B2G environments. I've managed €10M+ annual revenue portfolios, driven 30%+ market-share growth and contributed to €1bn+ pipelines, while leading high-value, multi-year contracts with enterprise and government clients across EMEA, MENA and APAC.

Right now I operate across three roles that all feed into each other. I'm an AI Evaluation and Workflow Lead at a frontier AI lab, designing the task prompts and rubrics used to train and grade LLM agents on Microsoft 365 workflows, which gives me hands-on insight into how AI capability is actually built and measured. As Fractional CCO at an AI and VR-powered legal-education SaaS platform, I own commercial strategy and go-to-market end to end, having built the pipeline from zero. And as Founder and CEO of Hereditas Conservatio, I'm building an AI-powered platform for predictive cultural heritage risk assessment, with partnerships spanning UNESCO, AWS, Google, Oxford EAMENA and multiple government heritage agencies, and an EIC Accelerator application advanced to evaluation stage.

Earlier in my career I led bid-writing for the UK Home Office, FCDO, and the governments of Finland and France on digital identity and biometric modernisation programmes, drove European expansion for a visa-services business, and launched a world-first Mobility-as-a-Service subscription product at SIXT that was later rolled out across EMEA.

I hold an MBA in Digital Transformation (Distinction) from Massey University, am security cleared, and speak English (native), French (fluent) and Italian (professional). I'm particularly interested in senior commercial, AI product and GTM leadership roles, especially where AI evaluation expertise, EMEA market knowledge and institutional partnership development are valued.
