I’m looking to partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development—especially through change, growth, and acquisitions. I want to build scalable, people-focused solutions that improve engagement, performance consistency, and long-term organizational effectiveness.

I’m an organizational strategy and operations professional specializing in HR business partnership, organizational design, and workforce planning. I partner with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives, strengthen leadership pipelines, and drive sustainable organizational performance—especially during change and growth.

In my current HRBP role, I align workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies with operational objectives across a 200-employee multi-state organization. I lead succession planning and post-acquisition integration for employee retention and engagement, and I implemented performance management shifts using the 9-box methodology to improve consistency across the company.

Across prior roles in People Operations and HR leadership, I’ve evaluated positions for equitable compensation using the Hay methodology, conducted complex employee relations investigations, and coached leaders on performance management and corrective action.
