I direct end-to-end product strategy for data apps, APIs, and secure data management capabilities that power global client delivery and insights. I also led the global rollout of AI-powered solutions (ChatPwC and Copilot) across 5 regions, managed data governance toolsets (MS Purview and Collibra), and modernized identity by migrating 45 global services to Microsoft Entra.
Earlier at GS1 Global Office, I led SaaS-based registry services used by brands and major retail/marketplace partners, launching implementations across 40+ markets and building integrations/APIs for leading retailers. I also drove enterprise agile transformation (SAFe) through a Product Center of Excellence and previously led global mobile commerce and B2C engagement initiatives—bringing a customer-centric, data-driven approach to every roadmap.
