What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role combining customer support with hands-on IT troubleshooting, documentation, and automation—where I can grow into an IT analyst, apply networking fundamentals, and help users quickly.

I’m a property manager with customer support and IT support experience across retail, hospitality, and construction environments. I quickly diagnose and resolve technical and customer issues with a strong focus on user satisfaction.

I’ve supported day-to-day operations through data entry, invoicing, and administrative workflows using Microsoft Office 365 and the Square POS system. I also bring IT fundamentals knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking, and I’m currently developing skills in AI tools, automation, Agile project management, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#).

Through my Junior IT Analyst Program at NPower Canada, I built hands-on capability configuring Windows/Linux, troubleshooting core support challenges, and supporting basic IT infrastructure and networking. I’m ready to bring that troubleshooting mindset—plus clear communication and documentation—to a team that values reliability and continuous improvement.
